RIDDLER Data Intelligence is a verified U.S.-based lead delivery and marketing technology provider. We serve clients in highly regulated verticals by supplying 99% verified, purchase-intent B2C contacts, and compliant campaign execution workflows.

We guarantee:

2. Information We Collect

4. Payment Handling – Conditional Hold

RIDDLER uses a conditional payment hold model (not a financial escrow account):

You pay upfront to reserve your data or influencer match.

A product strategy call is scheduled, where your specialist will:

Validate your data or campaign

Answer compliance questions

Confirm influencer or list match

If you're satisfied and sign off, funds are released.

If you decline during the meeting, 100% of your payment is refunded immediately.

This protects both you and RIDDLER from misuse, non-activation, or disputes.

5. SMS Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance

We comply with all 10DLC, TCPA, and carrier-level messaging standards:

3. Payment and Refunds

RIDDLER Data Intelligence uses a conditional payment hold model. When you pay for a service, the funds are held until a scheduled product strategy call is completed. During this call, a specialist will validate your data or campaign, answer your questions, and confirm the match.

• If you are satisfied and sign off on the service, the funds will be released.

• If you decline the service during the meeting, a 100% refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.

Once funds are released, they are non-refundable, as the service (data provision or campaign activation) is considered delivered and final.

4. SMS Messaging and Compliance

If you opt-in to receive SMS messages from RIDDLER Data Intelligence, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive messages by checking a form box or by texting "START" to the designated number.

• Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive.

• Carrier Liability: RIDDLER Data Intelligence is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of any SMS messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, on goriddlr.com is the property of RIDDLER Data Intelligence or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. RIDDLER Data Intelligence makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we guarantee a high accuracy rate for our data, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

RIDDLER Data Intelligence shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
