1. Who We Are

RIDDLER Data Intelligence is a verified U.S.-based lead delivery and marketing technology provider. We serve clients in highly regulated verticals by supplying 99% verified, purchase-intent B2C contacts, and compliant campaign execution workflows.

We guarantee:

  • Only primary phone numbers (non-VoIP, non-burner) verified through NumVerify

  • Emails that do not bounce, validated through ZeroBounce

  • Full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and A2P 10DLC

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, IP address, and billing details when you engage with our products.

  • Campaign Data: Quiz answers, form submissions, influencer selections, and demo interactions.

  • Public Signals: We process lawfully public social signals to create targeted audiences, but we never extract or scrape private DMs, closed accounts, or gated data.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Create and deliver custom lead lists through either Influencer-X or Facebook-8.

  • Score and segment leads using Riddler’s behavioral intelligence engine.

  • Allow a product specialist and campaign manager to verify your selection over a live session before campaign funds are released.

  • Analyze engagement across channels to improve campaign conversion and ROI.

RIDDLER’s activation methods are structured to comply with GDPR and CCPA by converting lists into non-invasive, opt-in outreach powered by creator campaigns and paid platform integrations. This model not only passes legal audits — it has been shown to increase client campaign revenue by 4x compared to conventional list marketing.

4. Payment Handling – Conditional Hold

RIDDLER uses a conditional payment hold model (not a financial escrow account):

  • You pay upfront to reserve your data or influencer match.

  • A product strategy call is scheduled, where your specialist will:

    • Validate your data or campaign

    • Answer compliance questions

    • Confirm influencer or list match

  • If you're satisfied and sign off, funds are released.

  • If you decline during the meeting, 100% of your payment is refunded immediately.

This protects both you and RIDDLER from misuse, non-activation, or disputes.

5. SMS Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance

We comply with all 10DLC, TCPA, and carrier-level messaging standards:

  • Consent: Users opt in via form checkbox or by texting “START” to +1 (760)-585-4482.

  • Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any SMS to be unsubscribed immediately.

  • Transparency: All messages include sender ID, reason for contact, and opt-out language.

  • Security: Your phone number is encrypted and never sold, syndicated, or shared.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA

You can:

  • Correct or update inaccurate data

  • Permanently delete your profile and engagement record

  • Request opt-out from all outreach

  • In California, request a list of all 3rd parties data has been shared with (we do not share data without contractual requirement)
